This Shipping Policy is provided in a layered format. Click through on the right sidebar to jump to a specific section.
Products supplied under this policy will conform to the description and specification. Mercating™ will deliver the products to the location you set out in the order. Please make sure your shipping address is correct prior to place an order. Delivery of the order will be completed on the products’ arrival at the delivery location. The delivery method (unless explicitly agreed otherwise) will be regular ground shipping.
Shipping processing time
Our shipping processing time is measured in business days (“BD”), starting with the day of your order as day zero.
Mercating™ aims to process all orders since the first business day, and deliver safely and cost-effectively most of the orders anywhere within 15 to 40 business days.
You can review the breakdown of our shipment processing time below from the moment we process your order to the day you can receive your package depending on your location. Please keep in mind that we still gathering data to calculate our average shipment processing time.
- Order processing: 0 – 6 business days
- Fulfillment: 6 – 10 business days
- Shipping to the USA: 15 – 20 business days
- Shipping to MX: 20 – 30 business days
- Shipping to other countries: 25 – 40 business days
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays, however, we may do it at the sole discretion.
Shipments may be delayed by a few days for the following reasons:
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders;
- If you order custom or complicated products that may take more time to produce;
- If the delivery is for remote areas, it may take an extra four to five (4-5) days.
Either way, if there will be a significant delay with your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Shipping charges are additional to the product price and may vary depending on delivery location or sort of Products. Shipping pricing is based on weight, the number of packages, destination, and priority. Additional charges may be added to the order for remote or difficult to access locations that require special attention. Flat rate delivery charges are shown on our checkout page.
Mercating™ reserves the right to advise you of any additional delivery charges that apply to your specific delivery address.
Standard shipping options
We use USPS, FedEx or UPS regular ground shipping by default on all standard online orders within the United States.
Custom shipping options
In case of high volume orders, we may ship the products with your preferred service upon request and prior to placing your order. This option is only available in case you want us to use your own shipping account to ship the products. The available custom shipping options are:

Shipping quality and packaging
Mercating™ will ensure that the Products are properly packed and secured in such a manner as to enable them to reach their destination in good condition.
The same conditions will apply to any Products Mercating™ replaces you, and the ones you return to Mercating™ for replacement.
Mercating™ has the right to use or reuse packaging that fits best your Product, regardless of its type, size, color or condition. Therefore, you acknowledge that Mercating™ may display images of Products packed in certain ways within mercating.com that does not necessarily represent the way you will receive them unless it is explicitly stated in the product description.
We cannot split your order and deliver it to multiple locations. In case you want to send products this way, we recommend you to place each order with the locations you want to ship the products to.
Shipping multiple orders together
Mercating™ will endeavor to process the order and manufacture the products within the period stated for each item. However, Mercating™ reserves the right to combine items into one shipping package or to ship items separately because manufacturing time varies by item of Products.
Shipping by installments
Mercating™ reserves the right to make delivery of the Products by installments. Therefore, you cannot reject the Products or any part of them solely on the grounds of the short delivery of an installment. If the Products are to be delivered in installments, each delivery will constitute a separate contract. You may not treat the contract (as a whole) as repudiated if Mercating™ fails to deliver any one or more of the installments or if you have a claim in respect of any one or more of the installments.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number should be active within 24 hours. Times may vary between each company.
Mercating™ makes every effort to inspect and register (with images) the conditions of the products before shipping to ensure the delivery of damage-free products to you. You agree to inspect the products and sign (if any) the required proof of delivery document or collection acceptance document on delivery. A signature on that document will constitute conclusive evidence of receipt of the number of products indicated on that document free from any apparent defect or damage.
If the products are alleged to be damaged or defective on delivery, a description of the alleged damage or defect must be given in writing at the time of delivery and signed by or on behalf of you. Mercating™ reserves the right to request you the images of the alleged damage to compare them with its records. Mercating™ may deliver packages small enough to fit in most domestic letterboxes.
In the case of packages with trackable shipping, your delivery will most likely not require a signature and be left by your local delivery agent. This may vary by location and by the agent. If you are in doubt, it would be best to have your order delivered to your work address.
Shipping delay or lost
Mercating™ will use all reasonable efforts to meet each delivery date, work plan, or delivery schedule. In case of a potential delay, Mercating™ may extend the due date for any deliverable by giving written notice to you. The total of all extensions will not exceed thirty (30) days over the delivery term proposed.
You will use all reasonable efforts to provide Mercating™ with your content and approvals on time under the Terms of service. Any delay from you will result in a day-for-day extension of the due date for all deliverables.
If carrier tracking indicates that your product was lost in transit, you may make a written claim for the replacement of the lost product in compliance with Mercating™ Return and Refund policy. All such claims are subject to Mercating™ investigation and sole discretion.
If you fail to accept the delivery of the products, then, except where such failure or delay is caused by a force majeure event or Mercating™ to comply with its obligations under the contract, delivery of the Products will be deemed to have been completed at 10:00 am on the fifth business day after the delivery date.
Under no circumstances will Mercating™ be liable for any delays in delivery of the Products that is caused by a force majeure event, changes in the project proposal/brief, or your failure to provide Mercating™ with adequate delivery instructions, or any other instructions that are relevant to the delivery of the Products. Such delays will not be considered a breach and will result in a day-for-day extension any performance due. Each party will notify the other party, in writing, of a possible delay.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Mercating™ is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
We insure/declare all shipments for their actual “per piece” value. If you are sending any shipments internationally, your package recipient will be required to pay duties/taxes by their nation’s customs in order to obtain possession of their shipment. This charge is not determined by Mercating™ or UPS / FedEx / DHL, but by the recipient country’s government. Mercating™ handles international shipments as a courtesy to our customers and assumes no liability for these charges, nor are we able to predetermine or estimate these fees ahead of time. They are calculated by customs upon arrival of the package. If you have any questions about this, you should contact your desired shipping company or the customs department for the country you intend to ship to.
Mercating™ is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Delivery of digital items
In the case of digital Products. All files will be immediately available for download upon purchase. You acknowledge that links to download content over the internet can expire or be removed for any reason, therefore, you agree to download any digital Products right after your purchase.
Mercating™ will offer you Free Ground Shipping if your cart value subtotals $100 or more, excluding applicable taxes.
This offer is limited to:
- standard shipping to U.S. addresses in the contiguous U.S. only.
- stock on hand and backorderable items.
- online orders available only at Mercating.com. E-mail or phone orders are not eligible.

All delivery dates stated by Mercating™ are estimates and consider the levels of service agreed with our partners and suppliers. You acknowledge that the delivery time specified by Mercating™ may vary on products, additional revisions, features and change requests, customer response, date of receipt of information, carrier performance, or any other conditions beyond our control.
Mercating™ will make every effort to provide you with updates regarding the status of your order.
You agree that the delivery time is not of the essence of the contract and Mercating will not be liable for any loss or expenses you sustained arising from any delay in the delivery of the Products however caused.
